The Netherlands 2026
In March 2026, the three of us spent a few days exploring the Netherlands. Traveling in the off-season was a great idea, the beaches were quiet and the towns pleasantly calm. We wandered through Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and The Hague, admired beautiful architecture, and enjoyed plenty of great food along the way. Pino loved running along the wide beaches, and the area around Zoutelande quickly became one of our favorite spots. Unfortunately, the Troopy had to stay home this time.

England 2025
In 2025, the three of us traveled through southern England, spending most of our time exploring Cornwall. As a longtime England fan, it had always been a dream to experience this country together with my husband Ben and our dog Pino. We were especially impressed by the dramatic landscapes, charming small towns, and historic castles along the way. And of course, some of our favorite moments were spent enjoying great food in little pubs after long days of exploring.

Pino
Pino, our Vizsla, was born in January 2024 and has been part of our lives since he was ten weeks old. Originally bred in Hungary as hunting dogs, Vizslas are known for their athleticism, intelligence, and strong connection to their people. Today many of them, like Pino, are raised as family dogs. Vizslas are often called Velcro dogs because they always want to be close to their people, and Pino is no exception. At the same time, they have a remarkable temperament, full of energy and drive, yet they are also very sensitive and emotionally aware. This unique combination of closeness, spirit, and sensitivity is what makes Vizslas so incredibly special to us, and especially our Pino.
